The purpose of this FREE three-week yoga series is to engage the OC community in prioritizing both their mental and physical well-being while fostering a stronger connection to our campus community. Each week participants will come together for a one-hour session focused on meditation and mindful movement, creating a space for self-awareness and connection with the body. The series will follow simple yet effective yoga routines suitable for all levels.
